La Baysse C1750 is a very large stone and timber farmhouse once holding most of the surrounding fields!! now 4 acres. We have created Three Gites (cottages) in part of the existing house formally part stables! and also in the old stable block that is built into the end of our property.Each Gite accommodates 4 persons plus, All have 2 bedrooms with separate toilets, showers and vanity units. The spacious ground floors,with bright and airy kitchens, lounge, and dining area, all with attractive views over the vast countryside.

South West facing. surrounded by Spirea, Phornum, Orleander, Beech Hedging,Lavender,Bamboos,Rosemary, Mahonia and much much more.

Quiet and tranquil the large pool and garden area provides a Petit Oasis to relax in and view our hard work!!! (on-going).

The many birds and wildlife will amuse you. Also Horrace and Henrietta (Red Squirrels) can be seen in the trees that surround you playing the fool. Lastly "The chorus of the Toads" brings a smile!

Our five Plane trees (80 - 150 yrs) in the courtyard are perches for the various Owls that can be heard in the evening and night. And an abundance of birds scurrying on them during the daytime. Nuthatches, Sparrows, Starlings, Jays, Magpies, Bluetits and Chaffinches.To name but a few!!

We are from Hampshire, We love France!! its Food,Wine & endless Sunshine, Jaw Dropping Landscapes,& the Calmness of the People..So we moved!!.................Our region, has something for all, from its mountains, to the sandy shores of the Mediterranean.....Remember!!
