THREE STABLE GITES Self Catering Sleeping a maximum of 12/14 persons

Created and renovated from the old stables and farmhouse. These gites enjoy a sunny south facing position with absorbing views of our five majestic plane trees in one direction and to the colourful garden, superb pool area & fields in the other.

All the gites are fully insulated for sound, coolness in summer and warmth in winter. Electric heating is fitted for out-of-season lets. All windows in hardwood are double glazed as are the entrance doors.

A high- tech acoustic floor separates the ground & 1st floors for quietness.

The Ground Floors:   Kitchen, Dining & Lounge areas are of an open plan design and the IKEA colourful kitchens all have a stainless steel anti-stain double-bowled sink units and all the necessary equipment, including a Dishwasher, Gas oven/cooker, M/wave, Large Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Coffee machine, & Kettles.

Each Gite has its own 200 litre electric hot water supply. Smoke alarms are fitted for your safety.

Ample power points throughout. A C/D radio player in each. Iron/ironing boards incl.

The Bedrooms: Each one of the three gites has two spacious double bedrooms enjoying their own large Shower, Vanity unit and W.C. facilities with electric wall heating.

The Outdoors: The exterior of each gite is divided by colourful ironwork & potted shrubs, donating your private area.

Outdoor furniture is provided for you to dine al fresco & experience the "Fabulous Sunsets" of outdoor living. Calm & tranquillity being a speciality here, with only the numerous birds" The Wood Peckers" breaking the silence. (Not forgetting the chattering jays)

Ample private parking - Entry/Exit to property via coded electric gate/video phone.

We Welcome Young Adults, 12yrs ish Onwards, nice ones please !!. No pets and all our accommodation is strictly non smoking.................

La Baysse garden produce, when available, can be purchased & also Home-made Confitures & various chutneys .... Utterly Delicious!! As is the "Pink" SNOW DROP WALK GIN! ASK!!.......

Our "Hello Evenings" are very memorable, allowing you to sit back and enjoy a little piece of our paradise while we cook for you. A great way to get to know our fellow guests!!!

Your terraced candlelit dinner will be very memorable....... Our cellar has delicious local red and white wines.

We have excellent pork and beef sourced from local farms also delicious fish.!!!!........
